    1-1 Tailor-Made Coaching

    I offer 1:1 tailor-made coaching sessions to stressed high-achievers who want to STOP the stress BEFORE hitting the wall, or want to come BACK after a burnout - back to a more balanced, purposeful, and confident life.

    Common problems that my clients are experiencing are the following:

    • stress or burnout, and as a result are feeling out of balance

    • overwhelm and anxiety

    • lack of focus and purpose in life

    • experiencing sadness and social withdrawal

    • having difficulties making decisions

    • sleeping issues or constant fatigue

    • suffering from perfectionism, procrastination, or performance anxiety – and are afraid this will negatively affect their work performance and relationships.

    I’m using a science-based coaching approach originating in cognitive behavioral psychology, positive psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness, which you can read more about below under My Coaching Approach.

    Even on the best days, stress can prevent us from being fully focused and performing our best at work. If it’s not managed properly, it can lead to burnout, lack of motivation, increased amount of sick days, and strained relationships in the workplace.

    It is therefore critical for workplaces to properly address the mental well-being of their employees. I offer stress-management workshops in which I help bring mental well-being from the inside out. If the employees feel well, the company will do well.

  • Motivational Speaking

    People remember stories. And I’m sharing mine. My “Burnout Story” is an inspirational story of how I went from being a stressed-out high achiever – to a complete crash and 4 years of burnout and sick leave from work – to start living a wonderful life with balance, purpose and confidence.

    I offer motivational speaking opportunities to audiences eager to get inspired by and learn the mindset shifts and tools that enabled my complete transformation from burned-out lawyer to burnout coach. From burnout to balance, or, as I like call it: from stressed to blessed — which you can read about in “My Burnout Story” (short version here, and full version here).

My Coaching Approach

As your Stress & Burnout Coach, my ultimate aim is for you to go from barely surviving to start thriving. From feeling like a plastic bag in the wind, getting thrown in every direction based on different demands from work, family, and society, to getting to a balanced mental state where independent of how much the wind blows outside, you will stand confidently with both feet on the ground because you have found your inner peace and strength, purpose and balance.

To go from blindly being driven by Performance, Prestige, and Perfection to start living life with a clear Purpose.

To go from always operating in thinking/doing mode to experiencing what it feels like to access the feeling/being mode. All of this without having to stop performing or being ambitious, but merely by becoming aware of a purposeful, sustainable, and balanced way of doing so. To align your body and mind. To align your doing with your being.

How?

In order to get there, I’m using a science-based coaching approach originating in cognitive behavioral psychology, positive psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness where I mix hands-on stress-reduction tools with visualization exercises and powerful reflective questions in order to go deep to increase awareness of the root cause of your stress or burnout, acceptance of the situation before taking action to change through small manageable steps and SMART goal setting.

Structurally, my coaching approach is divided into three phases, where I use the NOTICE-SHIFT-REWIRE neuroscientific stress management tool-

🧠 2.) SHIFT: The stress-management plan phase (acceptance, habit formation, and goal setting), and;

🧠 3.) REWIRE: The transformational phase - integration of the new balanced cognitive and behavioral strategies into your everyday life.

  • I offer 6 Tailor-Made 1-1 sessions for 1095 $ (comparison price: 1170 $).

  • If you’re not yet ready to sign up for a package deal of 6 sessions, I also offer single sessions for 195 $ per session.
